Carrier Tape Embossing

We provide carrier tapes, cover tapes and plastic reels for handling components in the semiconductor, electronics and connector industries. Our carrier tapes are produced with plastic resins such as Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) and Polyvinyl chloride (PVC).

In carrier tape embossing process, extruded sheets are fed into the carrier tape embossing machine. The extruded sheets are heated and pockets are formed by imprinting the die onto the sheet continually. Simultaneously, holes are punched at the edges of the formed tape. The final product is then rolled into plastic reels and packed for shipment.

Manufactured according to EIA and JIS standards, our carrier tapes are widely used to pack, protect and transport electrical and electronic components such as mini integrated circuits (IC) and connectors.

We offer cover tapes for sealing components into the pockets of the carrier tapes. Both heat-seal type and pressure sensitive type cover tapes of various grades are available. We also supply conductive and antistatic plastic reels for carrier tapes.
